I am a certified Scrum Master and Agile Coach with over 5 years of hands-on experience driving agile transformation, fostering high-performing teams and delivering business value through continuous improvement.

Recently, I worked on Scrum and Kanban projects for Vodafone, Deutsche Telekom, and Siemens. One of my key achievements includes leading a struggling development team through a full agile turnaround and nearly doubling efficiency within four months

I’m passionate about Agile not just as a framework, but as a mindset. My mission is to empower teams to deliver meaningful results, embrace change, and continuously evolve.

The well-being and the engagement of my associates are important to me. I focus on their happiness, individual improvement, mental health, and team effectiveness. I help them create a motivating company culture where people are more important than numbers.

Currently, I am learning about AI, with a focus on the application of AI in improving team efficiency, enhancing the quality of work produced, and utilising AI for coaching individuals at work, encompassing both soft and hard skills. I am continuously developing a framework for using AI with software teams to share with other project managers, scrum masters and product owners.
